Language exerts hidden power, like a moon on the tides.
International Mother Language Day is celebrated every year on the 21st of February to commemorate the martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this very day in the year 1952.
The Annual observance of this day promotes linguistic as well as cultural awareness.
To observe and celebrate International Mother Language Day, our students from Pre-Nursery to class XII participated in several activities. They made beautiful posters with slogans, recited poetries in their mother language; dressed traditionally and also spoke on the importance of the day which not only presented the cultural and traditional diversity of India but also its inherent multilingualism and multiculturalism.
