That’s why Energy Matters
The World Sustainable Energy Day is an annual sustainability conference held in Austria. It hosts events centered on sustainable energy production and use, which covers energy efficiency and renewable energy sources for buildings, industry and transport. Sustainable energy includes all renewable energy sources, such as hydroelectricity, biomass, geothermal, wind, wave, tidal and solar energies.
The significance of this day is to bring green recovery into practice and how the energy transition can contribute as an investment engine to this deep transformation.
On 27th February, students of Class – I to V actively took part in class activities to observe ‘Sustainable Energy Day' virtually. They made posters, paper windmill, and a short video where they spoke about sustainable energies and its conservation.
