National Parents Day 2021

Parents are the greatest gift of nature we have. National Parents’ Day is observed on the fourth Sunday of July every year. The aim of National Parents’ Day is to promote responsible parenting and encourage positive reinforcement by parents for children. The day also celebrates the sacrifices of parents and the unparalleled bond of love between parents and their children. So this year our secondary and senior secondary students (IX- XII) celebrated this memorable day from their home only due to the present pandemic stranded situation.

This day was celebrated with the great participation of our students. Our students have participated in the virtual programme to express their love for their parents.

• Class IX students made the videos of either handmade gift making or of presenting those handmade gifts to their parents.
• Class X students made the videos of either going through the pages of the scrapbook or opening the card that they have made.
• Students of class XI made a video of a flip book animation concerning parents or family that contained images of a baby growing up with its parents. 
• Students of class XII shared their speech on stories of loving and caring children who can go to any extent for the love of their parents and made animated videos using applications like Scratch to show love for their parents.

After collecting all the contribution from our little laureates, we made a video and shared the same through youtube link.

The most appreciable fact is that, this year the National Parents Day celebration had been dedicated not only to the great role of the parents but also their continuous contribution in giving the all provisions to their children in spite of facing many challenges due to present pandemic stranded situation.
