National Technology Day 2023

Technology is the application of knowledge for achieving practical goals in a reproducible way.

 

National Technology Day is celebrated in India on May 11 every year to commemorate the historic nuclear test carried out by India on May 11, 1998, in Pokhran, Rajasthan. The successful testing of the nuclear bomb, code-named Operation Shakti, made India the sixth country in the world to possess nuclear technology.

 

To celebrate the "NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY", the students of Classes IX & X of KRISHNAGAR PUBLIC SCHOOL had visited the different labs and machines of Global Knowledge Campus under the guidence of individual Professors of Mechanical department. Students came to know the relationship between the Machines and Technologies. All the Professors had demonstrated the different kind of machines,Shown the functions of those machines. Students did the practical on Welding carefully,cleared their confusions and submitted the report on it by Google form.

 

The main objective was to make the students participate physically in the activities and to realize the importance of NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY.

 

Overall , the students of KRISHNAGAR PUBLIC SCHOOL had done the experiment enthusiastically.
