50 DAYS OF ONLINE CLASSES

As the entire nation is stranded in the confines of the homes several schools  have taken resort to virtual platforms to render academic support to the students. We had started with online classes from the 25th of March 2020 and gradually in 4 phases we implemented online classes right from Nursery to Class 12. We wanted to move beyond to ensure holistic development, and hence we started evening Co-scholastic classes. We also acknowledged the difficulties that our parents were facing. In order to reach out to the parents, touching their lives as well, helping them to make use of this time in a more fruitful manner we introduced Yoga and Spoken English sessions for the parents as well.

On the 15th of May, we celebrated 50 Days of Online Classes. The students and parents shared their messages for the school and teachers. The students also shared videos of their dance performance as learnt during the evening classes. The senior students also organised a virtual debate session on this occasion arguing whether the digital classes can replace the real classrooms in the future. We believe in the importance of physical, social, cognitive, creative and emotional skills and how all these different skills compliment and interact with each other to bring about the holistic development of the students. And that is exactly what we are constantly striving to achieve.
