Friendship Day 2023

The International Day of Friendship was proposed by UNESCO and adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1997 to promote a culture of peace. The world faces numerous challenges that undermine peace, security, development, and social harmony. To solve these challenges, this day friendship day is important, to promote friendship and solidarity among people.

On this day, each friend gives a friendship band to another friend. Friendship day has great importance in life. On the other hand, it is not necessary to celebrate friendship day with great pomp and show every time. Some relation is truly precious itself, So one doesn’t need to organize a grand party behind it.

Krishnagar Public School celebrated Friendship Day this year by involving the students from PG to Class II  in various activities.

• Students of Classes PG to Class II were came up with handmade simple friendship bands for their friends.
• All the students participated in the activities Friendship Day with their friends and teachers and exchanged friendship bands. Here’s to a lifetime of friendship!

Only a friend helps to overcome our problems, stress and loneliness. Sometimes many relatives do not help, but a true friend helps us. Celebrate friendship day and give congratulations. Friendship day is a symbol of the love of friends. However, pets are also considered as good friends for life, being a part of humans, they are the best friends for life to understand our all emotions throughout.
