World Elephant Day is celebrated on August 12th each year, highlighting the importance of these majestic creatures and raising awareness about the threats they face.Elephant Day is a poignant reminder of the need to protect these majestic creatures and their habitats. By raising awareness and fostering a sense of responsibility toward elephant conservation, we can contribute to ensuring a future where elephants thrive and continue to be an integral part of our planet's natural heritage
ELEPHANT DAY CELEBRATION
Krishnagar Public School celebrated Elephant Day this year by involving the students of class III in various activities.
I) Students wrote adjectives on elephant on sticky notes and pasted them on the sketch of an elephant.
ii)Stuents created mask of an elephant.
iii) Students wrote some messages on chart paper.The topic was- Elephant as a Heritage Animal.
This event served as a reminder of the critical need for conservation efforts to protect elephants and their habitats. Students also understood the need to work together to stop the killing of elephants and to protect these majestic creatures.
