Raksha Bandhan 2023

Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi is a special occasion to celebrate the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions.

31st August 2023 Raksha Bandhan the auspicious day celebrated at Post Office more, Krishnagar by Krishnagar Public School. The concept of Raksha Bandhan has a much wider concept beyond the Raksha of sister by her brother, the mutual commitment of safe-guard, protections, and bonding of us all each other in our family, organization, our school’s all members and the society.

We started this Raksha Bandhan program at 09.00 a.m. with our students, non-teaching staffs, teachers, Principal Sir, both the Head Mistress madams, Director Sir and Trustee Ma’am.

Students and tied Rakhi to Policemen, Bus drivers, Toto drivers, labors and others who so ever were passing the road, distributed sweets, and mineral water bottles.

In this Raksha Bandhan, we also tried to spread the message that we have a responsibility to protect ourselves from getting hurt on road. This way we can spread the message “ Safe Drive, Save Life” .
