“Your dreams are what define your individuality”
National Sports Day is celebrated on 29th August every year to honour the national sports teams and sports traditions of our country. On this day, people of different age groups take part in sports like Football, Cricket, Marathon and various other physical activities. The National Sports Day in India is celebrated on 29th August, to remember the birth anniversary of hockey Player Major Dhyan Chand, who bagged gold medals in Olympics for India in the year 1928, 1932 and 1936.
Sports build good habits, confidence and discipline. They make players into community leaders and teach them how to strive for a goal, handle mistakes and cherish growth opportunities.
Keeping the present scenario in mind, on this special day the students of Krishnagar Public School took part in several virtual sports activities to celebrate the spirit of sports and games and made the day memorable.
